milling tool "BGF" out of Solid Carbide
Drilling, chamfering and thread milling in one operation

		JEL Drill- and thread milling cutters "BGF" feature a higher core cross-section and narrow, geometrically optimised flutes and a special drilling tip. These characteristics lead to good chip formation and low cutting pressure during drilling, chamfering and thread milling. Long tool life is guaranteed thanks to the solid carbide grades used, and the coating. Between M2 and M16 the milling tools have three to five spiral flutes.

For different thread lengths, not as 1,5xD; 2,0xD or 2,5xD we offer our Universal-Drill- and thread milling cutter "UBGF". The drilling tip has here an additional chamfering edge at the front.
