User cycles for CNC programming
  User cycles for THRILLER-Drill and thread milling tools and normal thread milling cutters, especially developed for the Sinumerik 840D control family allowing a comfortable cnc programme development directly at the machining centre. These user cycles have the same characteristics as in the machine implemented drill and milling cycles.
The user cycles can be called up via the control menu.
After filling in the required parameter in the on-screen mask, the corresponding programme line for the thread milling will be automatically adopted to the CNC programme.
This makes programming and transmission errors in the required impossible.
